Conductive (Cd) & Static Dissipative (SD)
The standard defines conductive (Cd) and static-dissipative (SD) footwear for controlling static electricity, for example where a spark could ignite something or where static damages electronics. Neither is EH. A conductive boot is the wrong choice around live circuits, so do not mix the marks up.
