Break-In
Break-in is how long a leather boot takes to soften and take the shape of your foot. Some pairs need little, and a safety-toe cap does not stretch. Pain, not snugness, is the sign of a wrong fit; if a pair hurts in the first hours it is more likely the wrong size or last than a break-in problem.
